What is FSCB?
FSCB stands for Fund and Supporting Committee for Burma.
Where is it located?
FSCB is based in New York, United States of America.
How was it formed?
On 27th September, 2007, a group of young Burmese people came together in a meeting and discussed Burma’s current situation and possible solutions. At the end of the meeting, the attendees unanimously decided to implement an effective solution in order to help the monks, nuns, students and people of Burma who are peacefully searching for Freedom and Democracy. The meeting unveiled “the Fund and Support Committee for Burma”.
What are the goals of FSCB?
The mission statement of FSCB is (To support monks, nuns, students and people in Burma) including;
(1) To ease the living conditions of political prisoners and their family members by providing financial and medical support.
(2) To provide food, medicine, and financial assistance to detained monks, nuns, students and people using every possible ways.
(3) To give moral and financial support to the family members of those who were killed, in carrying out a peaceful funeral service.
(4) To create a “network of freedom” in order to help those people who are running away from being arrested, detained, tortured and killed, and to bring them out of the country.

In fulfilling our mission, we'd like to co-operate with any organizations or groups which have similar goals.
